2024 Chevrolet Camaro Production Has Officially Ended, For Now

Chevrolet spokesperson Trevor Thompkins confirmed the final 2024 Chevrolet Camaro rolled off the assembly line on Dec. 14.

To close out the production, Chevrolet announced a Collector’s Edition Package with some exterior features but no go faster goodies. It’ll get Panther Black Metallic Tint coat exterior finish, satin black accent stripes and black 20 inch wheels.

  • The Collector’s Edition has black paint, special trim, different wheels, and other goodies.
  • It costs between $4995 and $5995 for the standard models and $14,995 for the supercharged ZL1.

It’s available for the coupe and convertible and on the 1LT, LT, and 1SS trim levels; the¬†supercharged ZL1¬†gets its own extra-special Collector’s Edition that will be limited to 350 units.

Chevy is also dropping the Camaro’s available turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four base engine for 2024. This leaves the 335-hp 3.6-liter V-6, the 455-hp 6.2-liter V-8, and of course the ZL1’s 650-hp supercharged 6.2-liter V-8. Base prices rise accordingly, to $32,495 for the LT coupe and $38,495 for the LT convertible.
